Our process

At LCS our turnaround is the same day and our drive in/out service is free

Leave your car with us and take advantage of our free courtesy car facility.

Firstly we remove your tyres then place the wheels in our chemical stripping tanks to completely strip back to bare metal. Once stripped they are shot blasted or aqua blasted then wheels are inspected for buckles and cracks, if needed wheels are straightened and welded all in house.

The next stage is priming the wheels then a colour of your choice is applied, then protected with a clear coat lacquer.  We also offer a diamond cutting service (CNC) in house if required.

Once wheels are cool tyres are replaced and the wheels are fully balanced then put back on your car looking good as new once again.
